We collect and maintain additional information about you and your business when you purchase a vehicle using our Services. Such information includes, but is not limited to, company name, contact information (e.g., name, telephone number, title, email address and mailing address), driver’s license, dealer’s license, banking information, and financial and tax information.
How We Use Your Information and Basis for Processing
We will limit the collection and use of personal information to what is necessary to administer our business. We may also use this information to provide you with periodic emails about Backlots’ business, as well as for the following purposes:

Improvement of our products and services;
Evaluate and/or monitor creditworthiness;
To facilitate the sale of a vehicle;
